1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of ace's online gaming and betting platform. By registering, creating an account, or accessing the platform, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms.

ace provides services only to users in Bangladesh. Anyone under the age of 21 may not open an account or participate in any games on this platform. Providing false information regarding age or identity will result in immediate account closure, and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with ace, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be valid and belong to you personally. Transactions using a third party's payment account are not permitted.

2.3 Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ace account username and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ace support team immediately.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All gaming and betting activities on ace are for adults aged 21 and above only. ace may request identity documents (National ID or passport) at any stage of registration or when a withdrawal is requested. ace reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if such information is not provided or is refused.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit on ace. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal limit is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

It is recommended that the mobile number used during deposit and the number used for withdrawal be the same. If a third party's mobile banking number is used for a transaction, ace may reject it and carry out an investigation.

• Before making a withdrawal request, ensure that the bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• ace may carry out additional verification procedures for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ace will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to become eligible to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per account, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds may only be used to bet on games approved by ace.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirements have been met.
• ace reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer as needed.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ace may forfeit the bonus funds.

5.3 Weekly and Special Offers

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game on ace has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Additional betting limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games on ace are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, ace reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets on events cancelled during a match will be settled in accordance with ace's policy. Odds offered in live betting may change at any time, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace platform:

• Placing artificial bets or collusion betting for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements (i.e. attempting to complete wagering risk-free by placing bets on opposing outcomes).
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Any form of hacking, use of bots, or automated software on the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other ace members.
• Unauthorised use of ace's intellectual property or trademarks.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ace

ace reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time without giving a reason. However, if an account is closed without any breach of terms, valid funds will be returned.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may contact the ace support team at any time to request the closure of your own account. All bonus wagering requirements will be reviewed before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

11.2 Limitation of Liability
